However unique each trainer, we still share one common goal, which is to provide world-class service to each and every one of our clients. We have built our business by consistently delivering results, developing and maintaining a friendly club atmosphere, while adhering to solid business practices. Size of Club – With one location featuring 3700 sq ft of workout equipment and another 2500 sq.ft facility catering to both kinds of clients. If you want to socialize whilst exercising then joins us on one of our many monthly events.

Attention – Our staff is there for you. Because are trainers are a part of a cooperative work environment they often work together. Now you don’t have to feel confined to the program of one trainer. Our trainers frequently share fitness ideas and our clients have access to all that knowledge.

Hours – Our facilities are always open. Each trainer has access to open and close the gym based on their clients needs. Now you don’t have to feel like you have to get your workout in between certain hours and you decide with your trainer on a personalized time that fits your needs.

Your Fitness Goals – What are your personal goals? At BodyMechanix we have a variety of fitness equipment and tools to help you reach your goals.

Staff – All our staff are qualified through an accredited organization. It is fundamental to us that we offer trained and knowledgeable staff that can guide you through the correct use of equipment and motivate and encourage you. Also, it is important to us at BodyMechanix that it is easy to talk to our personal trainers and that they are always available to assist you.
